10. Unearned discounts: If the purchaser does not accept delivery of the blanket ordered quantity during the period specified, the price invoiced for the products will be recalculated and invoiced to reflect the discount for the actual quantity delivered.
11. Returns: No products shall be returned to Chancellor1IEC.Com without a return authorization. All returns must be properly packed and in as shipped condition, fully insured by the purchaser, with transportation charges prepaid by purchaser. Return authorizations do not relieve the purchaser from payments of the item invoiced.
