Designs and Trade secrets/license: Any drawings, data, designs, software programs or other technical information given to the purchaser in connection with the sale of the products shall remain the property of Chancellor1IEC.Com.  All of the above shall be held in confidence by purchaser.  Such information shall not be reproduced without the written consent of Chancellor1IEC.Com.  If any of the products purchased hereunder utilize software applications. The software shall be licensed to the purchaser by separate agreement from Chancellor1IEC.Com.  

14. Documentation: One set of industry standard documentation is provided for each product or products.  Additional documents above the standard set is available at extra cost.  Project negotiated software and documentation costs are exempt from this clause.

15. Training and or field installation supervision:

 Chancellor1IEC.Com. Services can be arranged at additional cost.  No training or installation supervision is included in any offer to sell.
