16. Application Engineering and or design engineering for specialty products are contracted for at rates in effect at time of contract.

17. Service Engineering or Start up service supervision: These can be contracted for at rates in effect at time needed.

18. Field installed options: Any field-installed options are the purchaser’s responsibility. Chancellor1IEC.Com will not warranty any field-installed options. See our warranty section 12.

19. Terms of Payment: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, terms are net cash 30 days from date of shipment. With no discount allowed for early payment. Past due invoices are subject to a monthly service charge. The service charge is the maximum permitted by law (write for financial details). Chancellor1IEC.Com may require full or partial payment in advance (All engineering charges are payable in advance of order value). Non-payment of invoices of products sold. Chancellor1IEC.Com shall be entitled to the immediate possession of the goods. And shall be free to enter the premises where the goods may be located and remove such goods as Chancellor1IEC.Com property, without prejudice to the right to recover any further expenses or damages that Chancellor1IEC.Com may suffer by reason of non-payment.
