20. Patent indemnity: Goods not manufactured by Chancellor1IEC.Com are furnished subjects only to the manufacturers patent indemnity.
Therefore, Chancellor1IEC.Com does not represent that the goods sold hereunder do not infringe upon the rights of others hereunder patent, trademarks or otherwise. Chancellor1IEC.Com does not assume any liability with respect to any claim thereof. In the event a patent claim is made. The purchaser shall immediately notify Chancellor1IEC.Com who in turn will notify the appropriate supplier. I some of the products are made by Chancellor1IEC.Com pursuant to drawings or specifications furnished by the Purchaser, should a claim be made that such products infringe the rights of any third party, under patent, trademark or otherwise.
