TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Quote Validity… Day to day quotes … unless otherwise specified, or other special terms, are 30 Days from date made. 

2. Order validity…. Orders are firm for delivery for a 12 month period or 18 months from date of first shipment or blanket order, whichever is earlier. However, pricing is subject to renegotiations with 90 days notice Price increases will be effective for shipments for shipments due for delivery after the expiration of the 90-day notice. If special terms and length of contract are negotiated, those terms and length shall prevail. 

3. Order acceptance… All orders must be confirmed by written acknowledgement by an authorized person at Chancellor1IEC.Com. 7601 Chicot Road Suite 18M / Little Rock Arkansas  72209 

4. Shipping Point, risk of loss…Unless specified Otherwise specified in writing, delivery is made F.O.B ex works where the product is manufactured or the port of discharge.  Shall be deemed complete when transfer to common carrier at shipping point.  Risk of loss, damage or destruction to the products shall pass to the purchaser.
